Updated COVID-19 Protocol
Here at One Move Movers, the health and safety of our clients and employees are a topmost priority. With new cases of COVID still around, here is the updated COVID protocol followed by our team:
- Our team is following information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local authorities to help ensure that we are taking all the precautionary steps. We have routine meetings with our employees to keep them updated on the current situation and on any actions and new guidelines needed to ensure their safety and the safety of our clients.
- As a precautionary measure, we have installed hand sanitizer stations in our office, and we are conducting enhanced cleaning regularly.
- Our trucks and equipment are cleaned regularly to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
- Our specialists now perform virtual in-home estimates to replace in-person ones, where they virtually view your home or office with you to account for all the items being moved and to provide a more accurate quote.
We will continue to strive hard to provide the level of service and reliability you have come to expect from One Move.
Flexibility with scheduling
We are taking precautions to protect our clients and employees. We kindly request clients that they inform us if they have tested positive for COVID. We will be happy to accommodate the request to reschedule the move after they feel well.
